  • Altera Licensing

    Setting up Altera Quartus licensing on lab computers must be completed by each user. These settings are stored in the user's profile, and cannot be set globally.
    1. Launch Quartus II from the Start Menu: Programs: Altera: Quartus II 9.0: Quartus II 9.0 (32-bit).

    2. If you have not previuosly setup licensing or have recently reset your profile, you will see a window titled:

      License Setup Required.

    3. Choose the option:

      If you have a valid license file, specify the location of your license file.

      Press OK

    4. In the field License File: enter:

      1901@schof.colorado.edu

      Press OK

    5. If you find that you must do this multiple times, you may need to reset your roaming profile:
