  • ECES users who know their current passwords and wish to change them should follow these instructions:

    ECES Password Change

    ECES users who do not know their current passwords can use the following procedure to request a password reset:

    1. Send the following information to ecehelp@colorado.edu:

      Your identikey/ECES username.

      Your full name.

    2. You will receive an immediate response acknowledging that we have received your request.

    3. Within 2 working days you will receive instructions stating that you may pickup your new ECES password from the ECE Front Desk in ECEE 1B55 during regular ECE business hours: Monday - Friday, 8am - 12pm and 1pm - 5pm.

      You must present a valid Photo ID to pickup your initial ECES password.

      Passwords will NOT be sent via e-mail or given out over the phone.

    4. Follow these directions to change your new password:
