ThermalScope (ISAC-II/Spectra)

Multi-scale chip-package thermal analysis package release version 0.90. ThermalScope, also called ISAC-II and Spectra, is a multi-scale full-chip thermal analysis tool. It unifies microscopic and macroscopic thermal physics modeling methods, and is designed for full-chip thermal analysis of billion-transistor nanoscale IC designs, with accuracy at the scale of individual devices.
